In plain words
Reports go only to the athlete, their family and their own club. We never publish athlete names. Any comparison between athletes uses anonymous numbers only.

What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), player details you enter at registration (name, date of birth, emergency contacts, and any medical information you choose to provide), registration and payment records, and attendance records.
Why we collect it
To run registrations, take payments, keep participants safe, and contact you about your registration.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and login), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell personal information.

Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can download a copy of your data or ask us to delete it from your dashboard (Account → Your data), or by emailing hello@blueprintperformance.ca. Some payment records must be kept for tax and accounting purposes even after deletion.
